Twin Bridges Animal Hospital

This was my first time going to twin bridges after they merged with my old veterinary practice. I brought my dog in and they took time to get to know him and treat him for everything he needs some extra help on. The extra care goes a long way!

Saw Dr. Hatfield with my 3 month old kitten who had an eye infection. She examined the kitten while asking pertinent questions regarding how I got her and her new environment. As we talked, she educated me on the suspected cause of infection, the plan to address it and what I needed to watch for as indications of it getting worse necessitating an immediate return. Throughout our appointment, she mentioned important items to ensure my other cats were responding well and detailed the next steps for vaccination. I was very impressed with her knowledge, clear explanations and care for the kitten's health beyond her eye infection. I highly recommend Dr. Hatfield and will be returning to Twin Bridges again.

I have taken my cats to Twin Bridges for quite a few years, but unfortunately, after my experience today, I will be looking for a new veterinary office. Annual checkups and vaccinations here are already quite expensive, so I expect a reasonable level of customer service and care in return. Today, I called because I had an urgent concern with my daughter’s cat. The receptionist abruptly told me they had no availability because they were short-staffed. Before I even had the chance to ask about scheduling my cat’s annual appointment, she hung up on me. I then called Precious Paws to see if they had availability. They were also fully booked for the day, but the difference in how I was treated was remarkable. The woman I spoke with kindly explained that they couldn’t fit my cat in, took the time to give me the names and phone numbers of two walk-in veterinary clinics, and wished my cat well. That is the kind of customer service, compassion, and care pet owners hope to receive when they’re worried about their animals. I completely understand that veterinary offices get busy and can be short-staffed, but kindness and basic courtesy cost nothing. Twin Bridges fell incredibly short today, especially after I had been a client for years. Unfortunately, they will no longer be my vet of choice.

Staff was great. They really care, and it shows!

Great group of people. Very thorough and upfront. Highly recommend for your pet. Both my large dogs love going in to see the staff. Clean and orderly.
