I’m extremely disappointed in the care my pet received here. Despite being specialists, they completely missed a cancer diagnosis and seemed to have guessed at the condition they did diagnose. For a facility that charges four times the average vet clinic, I only met with a doctor once—everything else was just drop-offs, quick ins and outs, and upfront payments before any treatment was even performed. There was little to no personalized care. They withheld test results all day, even from my own vet clinic, despite the results being available immediately. When we needed them the most, they were unavailable. Instead of taking the time to fully assess my pet’s condition, they pushed $1,000 treatments that, in hindsight, were pointless. Had they spent just a little more time, they would have realized it was terminal, sparing both my pet and me from false hope. Instead, I was led to believe he was improving—only for him to suddenly decline as the cancer had already taken over. Thankfully, I advocated for myself, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’d suggest going to a university hospital or even a regular vet clinic where they actually take the time to assess and treat an animal properly. Their biggest specialty seems to be having blood available—but that’s only because an employee generously allows her own cat to be their sole donor. I sincerely hope they compensate her well for that.

Tux (my cat) and I had the best experience here, everyone was so nice and helpful explained everything thoroughly, he had to have surgery and they treated him so amazingly and sent text updates on him 😭😭😭❤️ thank you so much! He is already feeling so much better! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

We were recommended to Kimberly Crest from our family veterinarian Dr.Spencer for our fur baby's elbow dysplasia surgery. Kimberly Crest is top notch when it comes to providing knowledge and care before and after surgery for your pets. The staff is amazing and treat you and your pet as family.
